  • Pilates Classes

    Pilates offers a mindful, body-aware approach to core strengthening and full-body conditioning. Our Pilates focuses on the essential principles of Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Flow & Breathing.

    Whether you are new or deepening your experience our classes are designed to help you build strength from the inside out. You’ll move with focus, challenge your muscles in a safe, supportive way, and leave feeling both grounded and energized. Learn movement with meaning!

  • Family & Kids Yoga Classes

    Our unique Family & Kids Yoga classes (Little Buddhas Yoga, est. 2014 & Fun & Tumble Gymnastics, set 1997) encourages families to flow together both on and off their mats. Practices assist families to CONNECT with INTENTION and learn to love to move together!
