Pilates Classes
Pilates offers a mindful, body-aware approach to core strengthening and full-body conditioning. Our Pilates focuses on the essential principles of Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Flow & Breathing.
Whether you are new or deepening your experience our classes are designed to help you build strength from the inside out through the Pilates repertoire. You’ll move with focus, challenge your muscles in a safe, supportive way, and leave feeling both grounded and energized. Learn aligned movement with meaning!

Family & Kids Yoga Classes
Our unique Family & Kids Yoga classes (Little Buddhas Yoga, est. 2014 & Fun & Tumble Gymnastics, est. 1997) encourages families to flow together both on and off their mats. Practices assist families to CONNECT with INTENTION and learn to love to move together!
