  • Pilates Classes

    GROW Pilates offers a mindful, body-aware approach to core strengthening and full-body conditioning. Our Pilates focuses on the essential principles of Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Flow & Breathing.

    Whether you are new or deepening your practice our classes are designed to help you build strength from the inside out. You’ll move with focus, challenge your muscles in a safe, supportive way, and leave feeling both grounded and energized. Learn movement with meaning!

  • Family & Kids Yoga Classes

    Our unique Family & Kids Yoga classes (Little Buddhas Yoga, est. 2014) encourages families to flow together both on and off their mats. Practices assist families to CONNECT with INTENTION and learn to love to move together!
