    GROW Yoga is our intentional Slow Yoga Practice, focusing on classic postures, body alignment, intentional movement & transitions. Our connected breathing and grateful mindset allows for us to GROW in mind, body & spirit duirng this Hatha Style Practice

  • GROW Vinyasa

    GROW Vinyasa is an all levels Yoga Practice linking breath & movement intentionally through Classical Flows & Seqeunces. As you strengthen, stretch, connect & flow you find space to GROW & OBSERVE your mind, body & soul. 

  • GROW Beach Yoga

    GROW Beach Yoga Practice grounding on the beach, in the sand, under the open sky. Family friendly practice focusing on classic postures, proper body alignment, mindful breathing and meditation. Bring your mat, blanket, a friend, prebook or on sight sign-ups! Practice weather permitting.

  • GROW Pilates

    GROW Pilates focuses on the Principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision & Flow. During Practice you're guided to use your own body as resistance as we aim to achieve: improved strength, posture, flexibility and long, toned muscles. GROW Pilates strengthens the core, abdominal and back muscles to prevent or treat back pain and improve coordination, posture, balance and alignment — producing a lasting sense of well being in the process.

  • GROW RESTorative Yoga

    GROW RESTorative Yoga is our Gentle, Healing Yoga Practice learning to REST & OBSERVE while holding poses passively or actively. Prepare to experince a practice where you listen to yourself. Practice includes sequences and/or postures from restorative yoga, yin yoga inlcuding breathwork & meditations.

  • GROW Yin Yoga

    GROW Yin Yoga is a unique yoga practice in that poses are held for an extended period of time allowing the body to relax completely allowing for a deeper release to occur within the fascia. A deep meditative experience can occur through this passive Yoga practice which leads to an amazing ability to soften and connect the mind, body, and spirit. (coming soon)

  • GROW Family Yoga

    GROW Family Yoga is our unique style of Practice bringing parents/caregivers and children of all ages together to CONNECT. GRATITUDE, Mindfulness & Meditation are taught in a Vinyasa Flow for the entire family to OBSERVE and REST. Families build strong bodies and minds together while learning discipline & concentration in a playful, joyfull setting with Mary E. Wright.

  • GROW Little Buddhas Yoga

    GROW Little Buddhas Yoga Practice creates a space for children to love moving, breathing, and creating stillness. Children are taught sequences, as well as holding traditional poses while strengthening, increasing flexibility, learning breathing techniques, participating in guided and silent meditations are all part of a weekly practice!
