GROW Practices

  • Yoga

    Move with breath and flow with intention in this energizing, fluid practice. GROW Yoga links postures together through smooth, continuous movement, creating a dynamic experience that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. Each practice offers creative sequencing designed to help you move with awareness while developing stability and ease throughout the body.

    This uplifting practice encourages you to connect breath, body, and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed, empowered, and grounded.

  • Align

    Align is a steady-paced practice focused on precise, mindful alignment in each posture. The intentional pacing allows time to enter and exit poses with control, supporting strength, stability, and joint health. Props and thoughtful modifications are offered to refine alignment and support individual needs. This class is ideal for students who want to deepen their physical understanding of postures and cultivate a safe, sustainable yoga practice.

  • Flow & Restore

    Experience the perfect balance of movement and deep relaxation in this thoughtfully designed practice. Flow & Restore begins with a gentle, breath-guided flow to build warmth, release tension, and create ease in the body. As the practice progresses, you’ll transition into longer-held, supportive restorative postures that invite stillness, softness, and renewal.

    This practice helps improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and restore energy while leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply nourished.

  • Gentle Yoga

    Slow down, soften, and reconnect in this calming, nurturing practice designed to support your body and mind. Gentle Yoga moves at an easy, mindful pace with simple, accessible postures, longer holds, and an emphasis on breath, relaxation, and body awareness.

    This class helps release tension, improve mobility, and restore a sense of balance while creating space to be. With supportive guidance, props, and thoughtful transitions, you’ll be invited to move comfortably, listen to your body, and experience deep rest.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Experience deep healing and renewal in this profoundly gentle practice designed to calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to restore. Restorative Yoga uses supportive props, comfortable positioning, and extended stillness to allow muscles to soften, the breath to deepen, and the mind to settle into quiet ease.

    This practice creates a safe, peaceful space for release from physical tension, emotional stress, fatigue, and overwhelm. As the body shifts into a state of relaxation, healing responses are encouraged, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote overall well-being.

    You’ll leave feeling deeply rested, supported, and reconnected to a sense of inner calm and balance.

  • Yin Yoga

    Slow down and journey inward in this deeply nourishing, meditative practice. Yin Yoga focuses on long-held, passive postures designed to gently target the body’s connective tissues, including fascia, joints, and ligaments. As the body softens into stillness, you’ll be guided to connect with the breath, cultivate patience, and develop greater awareness from within.

    This quiet practice supports flexibility, joint health, and energetic balance while calming the nervous system and creating space for reflection and release. You’ll leave feeling more open, centered, and deeply restored.

  • Kemetic Yoga

    Kemetic Yoga is a mindful, meditative practice inspired by the movement, postures and spiritual traditions of ancient Kemet (Egypt). Through intentional breath, geometric alignment, and slow controlled movement. The practices creates a space to quiet the mind, deepen body awareness, and cultivate balance from within.

    Rather than moving quickly from posture to posture, Kemetc Yoga invites you to slow down, observe, and connect breath with movement. Each posture is approached with purpose, allowing time to explore alignment, strength, mobility and stillness.

  • Acro Yoga Workshop

    Explore movement, connection, trust, and plan in the 2-hour workshop. Blending yoga, partner movement, balance, and supported poses, we’ll build from the foundations into an opportunity to explore, practice, and play together.

    Learn the roles of base, flyer, and spotter while developing communication, body awareness, strength, balance, and confidence. With plenty of time for instruction and hands-on practice, you’ll have space to learn at your own pace, connect with others, and discover what’s possible when we move together.

    All level are welcome. No previous Acro Yoga experience is necessary. Come with a partner or on your own.

  • Pilates Mat

    Pilates Mat focuses on the Principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision & Flow. You're guided to use your own body as resistance as we aim to achieve: improved strength, posture, flexibility and long, toned muscles. Pilates strengthens the core, abdominal and back muscles to support a stong, healthy back and improve coordination, posture, balance and alignment — producing a lasting sense of well being in the process.

    Slow down, breathe and reconnect though the mindful movement of Tai Chi. This gentle practice combines flowing movements, intentional breathing, balance and focused awareness to support strength, mobility, coordination and a greater sense of ease.

    Accessible to all experience levels, Tai Chi offers an opportunity to quiet the mind, move with intention and cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body.

  • Mommy & Me Movement

    A playful, engaging movement practice designed for moms and their little ones to move, explore, and connect together. Through age-appropriate yoga, stretching, music, rhythm, balance, coordination, and creative movement, we create opportunities for both movement and meaningful connection.

    Moms and Dads are encouraged to move alongside their little ones while children are free to participate, explore, and simply be themselves. Each practice supports developing bodies, builds confidence and body awareness, and gives moms an opportunity to move in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

    Come as you are, move together, and enjoy this special time to connect, play, and GROW.

  • Family Yoga

    A Family Yoga Practice is a unique style bringing parents and children together. Family Yoga is designed for children of all ages to practice with their parents or caregivers. Sequences are taught in a Vinyasa flow style, acro yoga is introduced in class, as well as concentrated focus on breathing while learning various breathing techniques. Mindfulness meditation is introduced for the entire family to experience awareness and the idea of staying present. Families can build unique bonds together as well as strong bodies and minds together while learning discipline and concentration. Come experience this one of kind practice. Share the gift of YOGA with your family and learn to GROW together!
