GROW Pilates
GROW Pilates focuses on the Principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Centering, Control, Precision & Flow. During Practice you're guided to use your own body as resistance as we aim to achieve: improved strength, posture, flexibility and long, toned muscles. GROW Pilates strengthens the core, abdominal and back muscles to prevent or treat back pain and improve coordination, posture, balance and alignment — producing a lasting sense of well being in the process.

GROW RESTorative Yoga is our Gentle, Healing Yoga Practice learning to REST & OBSERVE while holding poses passively or actively. Prepare to experince a practice where you listen to yourself. Practice includes sequences and/or postures from restorative yoga, yin yoga inlcuding breathwork & meditations.

GROW Yin Yoga
GROW Yin Yoga is a unique yoga practice in that poses are held for an extended period of time allowing the body to relax completely allowing for a deeper release to occur within the fascia. GROW PRE-POSTNATAL YOGA
Pre-Postnatal Yoga class is taught by our Certified Healthy Moms® instructors, this one-of-a-kind class helps moms build their core strength, restore muscle tone and lose that baby weight after delivery, and prepares moms-to-be for the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy and for labor and delivery. Postnatal moms enjoy the workout while returning quicker to their pre-pregnancy weight. Our Pre-Postnatal Yoga class offers an opportunity to bond with fellow moms and expectant moms while building strength and endurance through yoga postures and breathing.

GROW Mommy & Me
GROW Mommy & Me Yoga Class is created for the parent/guardian of babies. This Yoga practice creates a sacred space and environment for both the adult and baby. The class structure and environment is for the mom to carve out time for your own practice; nurturing yourselves with asana (yoga postures or poses), pranayama (breath control), dharana (concentration), and dhyana (meditation). Our children feel our energy in all ways so we listen to them and create postive patterns, intentional teaching for our children by expressing our love of movement with them, breathing, and creating stillness. Our actions always speak louder them our words. Live a daily intentional life and plants seeds to GROW with your Little Buddhas.

GROW Toddler Yoga
GROW Toddler Yoga class for children ages 1-3 years old. Class is designed to keep them active in movement through music, singing, fun breathing techniques such as "ninja breath" and finding stillness at the end of each lesson. Yoga poses are taught sequentially in an age appropriate manner. Ultimately, learning to listen and listening to learn within themselves helps summons creativity, freshness, newness, and joy in each moment! GROW Little Buddhas Yoga
GROW Little Buddhas Yoga Practice creates a space for children to love moving, breathing, and creating stillness. Children are taught sequences, as well as holding traditional poses while strengthening, increasing flexibility, learning breathing techniques, participating in guided and silent meditations are all part of a weekly practice! Class is designed for children 3-6 yrs, parents may attend.

GROW Kids Yoga
GROW Kids Class is a Vinyasa Style Yoga class for children ages 6 to 12 years old. Class is structured very similar to an Adult Class yet tailored age appropriately. Children are taught sequences, as well as holding traditional poses, and encouraged to engage and interact with one another for a fun Yoga Flow. Strengthening, increased flexibility, breathing techniques, guided and silent meditations are all part of a weekly practice.
